With special interests in grief & loss, self-esteem, relationship, and conflict resolution, managing difficult relationships, assertion training and boundary setting, panic attacks and stress management.
Anne is sure to be of assistance in guiding your recovery. Anne is also available for one-to-one assertion training and coaching. Assertive communication is an essential skill particularly in the work situation. Assertion techniques cannot be learnt just by reading. Learn in a supportive environment the techniques of respectful but firm communication in managing difficult situations by setting healthy boundaries.
Unfortunately, the effects of bullying can be destructive, but there are techniques to counter and support if you find yourself in this situation.
Anne is also available for speaking engagements at conferences and other events.

Kaye is a very experienced counsellor and very experienced at couple counselling. She has an interest in assertion training, stress management, and dealing with difficult situations and bullying.
